Records are presented in high-resolution page images in combination with full-text searching.  JSTOR contains many books reviews; you can then search for a book in the Pepperdine Libraries Catalog or in WorldCat.  Books found in WorldCat that are not owned by Pepperdine can be obtained through InterLibrary Loan.
