Bloomberg.com has a web page with treasury bonds that you can use for calculating the weighted average cost of capital. Go to the "Current Price/Yield" column and use either the 10 year or 30 year bonds.

Pepperdine has access to the Chronicle of Philanthropy through the database LexisNexis Academic:  * On the library home page, click the link for "Journal Search" and then type chronicle of philanthropy into the box and click Search.

  • Click the link for LexisNexis Academic (it has the full text from 1998 to the present)
  • Enter your Pepperdine login
  • The LexisNexis screen is set to search the Chronicle of Philanthropy. Type keywords into the search box and click Search.
